We ship Just A Cookie Co. cookies all over Canada and USA!
By purchasing products through our site you consent and agree to Just A Cookie Co.'s terms and conditions. Please review our shipping policies carefully prior to placing your order.
- During the warmer months, cookies may arrive softer depending on their toppings/fillings. We do our best to ensure your cookies arrive perfect however we are unable to control the temperature during transit and how it may affect the cookies. Please refrigerate/freeze them as soon as you receive them!
- We also try our best to ship out cookies early in the week so they arrive within the week and are not stuck in transit over a wekeend; orders received late in the week will be shipped out the following week.
- Just A Cookie Co is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or items.
- Processing time does not include shipping time.
- All our cookies are baked, packaged individually and then shipped promptly to retain freshness.
- We do not ship with Canada Post and cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- We strive to get our cookies in your hands as fast as possible however any delays experienced by the postal service is unfortunate but beyond our control.
- We also cannot guarantee any shipment dates.
- Shipping labels are frequently created ahead of time; please refer to tracking information to see when order is shipped.
- You will receive ONLY 2 notifications regarding your order; one confirming order placement and one when your order is shipped with tracking information. There are no other updates provided.
- Please use the tracking information provided to track your package. Specific questions regarding the package location and delivery time can be obtained from the courier service directly.
- All sales are final.
